The Clarity Guarantee
If within 90 days you cannot see recovered revenue or prevented loss worth at least your fees, we work free until you can.
In writing, in every contract. Our instruments produce the proof automatically, so you will never have to argue about whether it worked. A clarity company cannot afford to exaggerate. It is the whole product.
Proof is what the instruments themselves record. Free work is capped at six months. Very low-volume businesses are excluded - the Blindness Report tells both sides before we start.
Questions owners actually ask
Straight answers.
Is the price per person?
No. One flat price per business, per act. You will never do seat math with us. Usage beyond the standard bands (three locations, one hundred employees, published Nexo allowances) is quoted openly, never invoiced silently.
We do not use Zoho or GHL.
Both are solvable. We create a GHL sub-account for you from the Akzaya agency account at no charge (worth $97 a month at retail); you pay only usage at cost, never markup. Zoho Books stays on your own subscription, paid directly to Zoho. If there are no books at all, a one-time Fresh Start setup applies, scoped openly before we begin.
What happens when the 25 founding places are gone?
List prices apply. Founders keep their rate locked for 24 months, then always pay 20 percent below the then-current list price, for as long as they stay. You will always pay less than everyone else. That is a promise we can honor forever.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Twelve months for the price of ten, and setup is waived entirely.
What is deliberately not on this page?
Migrations from Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel, additional businesses under one group, and Momentra for education businesses. These are scoped conversations, not line items - priced per job, in writing, before any work begins.
